at Shaw's River Ranch, your wedding

will be the only event scheduled on that day.

Pricing for The Lodge at Shaw’s River Ranch:

June 1st - September 30th (Peak Season)​

  • Monday - Thursday - $6,000

  • Friday & Sunday - $9,500

  • Saturday - $12,500

May 1st - May 31st & October 1st - October 31st

  • Monday - Thursday - $5,000

  • Friday & Sunday - $7,500

  • Saturday - $10,000

​

November 1st - April 30th

  • Monday - Thursday - $4,000

  • Friday & Sunday - $5,500

  • Saturday - $7,500

Micro weddings are defined as 30 or less guests. Micro weddings are priced at 50% of the above listed prices and  include either the use of the lodge building and amenities or the use of the event center and wedding tent, but not both. Micro weddings are not offered on Saturday's between June 1st and September 30th unless the date is open as of March 31st of that year.

*8.65% Sales Tax is applied to Venue Package Price

* All major holidays are priced at Peak season Saturday Venue Price

What's Included?​

  • ​Wedding ceremony site with seating for up to 120

  • Ceremony rehearsal the night before for one hour

  • Use of The Lodge and Tavern on The Ranch at Shaw's River Ranch which includes:

    • Three gas outdoor fire pits with seating for six at each

    • Six outdoor gas heaters

    • Bocce ball court

    • indoor pool table and shuffleboard table

    • Kitchen prep area

    • Poker Room

    • Two bars- one outside with chairs for 10 and one inside with chairs for 6

    • ​Three indoor cocktail tables with seating for 8

    •  indoor wood burning fireplace with three couches

    • 4 keg coolers with 6 barrel tappers and 2 specialty cocktail drink tappers (alcohol not included)

    • Stage for live music or DJ with 50 amp power and mood lighting

    • Outdoor seating tables with seating for 44

  • Use of 1800 sq. ft indoor event center with seating for up to 120

  • 13 x 26 wedding tent on stamped patio connected to event center

  • Use of wedding arch for ceremony (three to choose from)

  • Choice of three ceremony sites

  • Separate areas for Groom/groomsmen and bride/bridesmaids to get ready and hangout prior to  wedding

  • BRIDAL SUITE FOR ONE NIGHT FOR THE BRIDE AND GROOM LOCATED AT THE LODGE

OPTIONAL REHEARSAL DINNER AT THE LODGE

Starting​ at $2,500 Rental Fee from 6PM-9PM​

(This is separate from the 1 hour ceremony rehearsal that is included in the base price)

Venue must be cleaned up and put back together as originally found. All garbage must be cleaned up and put in trash cans the night of the reception (we don’t want any unwanted wild life digging around).

This is only available to those who book a full wedding package.

Event planning services are available starting at $2,500.  We can help arrange: ​

  • Bartenders 

  • Alcohol and beverages 

  • Food Caterer

  • Extra cocktail tables, linens, drinkware, china, etc. 

  • Parking attendants

  • Wedding Photographer/videographer

  • Florist

  • Event clean up

  • Music/DJ

  • Ceremony Officiant

  • Shuttle to Hotels
